Did a clothing purge on Sunday. I have whatever is in my closet + 2 laundry bags. Now I gotta bag up the non-keepers and give em away. That's Step 1 in getting the house in order for sale. Baby steps.

Got to do that every so often - I've got a heap of stuff for the salvation army on the floor from this weekend too. - jean
I can't sell this place in the summer (A/C ain't too great), so probably next fall. I need about 10 large to do home improvements.
The market here is tough for sellers, but the prices are still good. I've been looking at realtor.com in Jericho and Underhill, and I will be very close to being able to pay cash for a place w/nice acreage (because I paid such a low price for my place 7 years ago, I have a ton fo equity and am looking at 150-200k profit)

How's the market down there? It's getting softer up here (for buyers, that is).
What's your moving-up-here-schedule looking like, anyway?

Doesn't it feel good to purge? I bet it feels even better to make profit!
Whoa! 150 - 200k profit?? And I thought London prices had skyrocketed!
